If you are doing your own Samaritan’s Purse Shoeboxes, you have until Sunday, November 24 to turn them in. Our ministry team packed around 60 boxes on Sunday night, October 13. We are now taking donations for shipping the boxes. If you can help with this, please make sure you mark your check or put cash in an envelope clearly marked “Shoebox Shipping.”

Our Annual Church-wide Thanksgiving Dinner will be Sunday, November 24 beginning at 6 p.m. in the MAC Building. We will furnish turkey, dressing, rolls, and drinks. We are asking you to bring desserts, salads, and side dishes. If you plan to attend, please sign up on the registration form by Sunday, November 17 so we will know how much food to prepare.

We will be decorating our Sanctuary with Poinsettias for the holidays. The cost will be $12.50 each. Please fill out the form, which can be found in the front windows and vestibule, to place flowers in honor or memory of a loved one or for Sanctuary beautification. You must do this on or before Sunday, November 24.

Evan Wooden is collecting items for New Hope Pregnancy Center for a school service project. The collection box is in the Preschool Department. Items needed are diapers, wipes, and baby lotion. Please bring items by Nov. 24. Thank you.

Sunday, November 17 at 6 p.m. we will have a special worship service with His Hands Extended. You are invited to join us for an old fashion traditional worship service with singing and preaching.

The GA’s are collecting Campbell’s Soup labels for the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home. Collection boxes are in the Welcome Center and Annex.
