NCBC Member and Lee University Head Baseball Coach Mark Brew invites you to Lee Baseball’s annual Military Appreciation Day this Saturday, April 26. Family friendly activities start at 1:00 p.m. at Olympic Field and continue through the Flames doubleheader against Christian Brothers University. All proceeds will be donated to our local Disabled American Veterans Chapter. Please attend and show your patriotism.

Envelopes are in the pew racks for the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. All monies from this offering support North American Missionaries and their work. Our church goal is $7,000. We are close!

Congratulations to the GA’s who “sold all their puzzle pieces” for the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. The completed puzzle is in the Welcome Center.

Scholarship Applications: Attention college students: All parts must be complete and returned to the office by April 30.

You are invited to a Bridal Shower in honor of Megan Valadez and James McCluskey from 2 – 3:30 p.m. in the Annex on Sunday, April 27. The couple is registered at Belk, Southern Traditions, Target, and can use Lowe’s gift cards.

There will be a VBS Volunteer meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27 in the Choir Room. If you are helping with VBS in any way, please try to attend this meeting. If you would like to help and haven’t let us know, you are welcome at the meeting.

You are invited to a church-wide picnic at the home of David and Cheri Ellis on Sunday, evening, May 4 beginning at 6 p.m. This will take the place of our evening worship here at NCBC. Paper goods and drinks will be furnished. Please bring picnic foods  and desserts to share.

Congratulations to Alex and Jenny Cole on the birth of their son, Siler Wayne Cole born on April 10. He weighed 8 lbs. and 13 oz. and was 21 in. long. Proud grandparents are Mike and Paula Weeks.
